Selection Criteria

  • Passionate and caring.
  • An empathetic, compassionate, and flexible approach.
  • Ability to communicate sensitively to people from a diverse range of backgrounds.
  • Ability to work independently and to maintain the privacy and confidentiality of our clients.
  • Experience in support/community work
  • Valid First Aid certificate
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • A current Working with Children check
  • Permitted to work permanently with no restrictions (e.g. citizen, permanent resident) preferred

Support Workers – South of the River & North of the River

  • Immediate start, ample hours available. Permanent shifts
  • Shifts involve both/either community or accommodation
  • Must have availability for day and night shifts on a rotating roster

    Team Leader/ House Supervisor

    • We are building our team and are seeking Team Leaders and House Supervisors.. We are looking for people who can join immediately and help grow our team in all areas of the Perth and Peel region. Team Leaders/House Supervisors required to manage the complexities of client’s and staff’s needs in accommodation settings. Experience in disability service delivery, support is essential and an understanding of the NDIS framework is essential
    • Must have availability for day and night shifts on a rotating roster
