Selection Criteria

- Passionate and caring.
- An empathetic, compassionate, and flexible approach.
- Ability to communicate sensitively to people from a diverse range of backgrounds.
- Ability to work independently and to maintain the privacy and confidentiality of our clients.
- Experience in support/community work
- Valid First Aid certificate with CPR
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- A current Working with Children check
- Permitted to work permanently with no restrictions (e.g. citizen, permanent resident) preferred
Support Workers – North & South of the River
- Immediate start, ample hours available. Permanent shifts
- Shifts involve both/either community or accommodation
- Must have availability for day and night shifts on a rotating roster
