I had 25 years of professional experience as an Evaluator and Trainer across the Disability Sector in WA before I was diagnosed with my own neurological disability.

I knew a LOT about the sector and NDIS…however, becoming a Participant was a very stressful journey, complex beyond belief, traumatising, and de-valuing in many, many ways.

The Support Coordination offered by Mirrors Care took the sting out of it. Nadezhda Raph works in collaboration with me, making me feel calmer…and boy, does she know how to assist in a person-centered way.

She is innovative, patient, empathic, kind. Other NDIS personnel could learn a lot by following the example set by Nadezhda, who goes the extra mile!
